Inductee Information

1. 1Wear all required PPE at all times within site boundaries.
2. 2Report every incident, near-miss and unsafe condition immediately.
3. 3Never enter a barricaded or restricted area without authorization.
4. 4Obey all signage, signals and traffic control on site.
5. 5Do not operate any equipment unless trained and authorized.
6. 6A valid permit is required for all hot work, confined space, heights and excavation work.
7. 7Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
8. 8Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on site.
9. 9Maintain housekeeping at your work area at all times.
10. 10Use only inspected and color-coded lifting tackle and tools.
11. 11Stay clear of suspended loads and crane swing radius.
12. 12Three points of contact when climbing ladders or equipment.
13. 13Lock-Out / Tag-Out before working on any energised system.
14. 14Confirm fire watch, extinguishers and escape routes before hot work.
15. 15Inspect your equipment before every shift — report defects immediately.
16. 16Drink water frequently — heat stress is a serious hazard.
17. 17Dispose of waste in designated bins; protect the environment.
18. 18Know your assembly point and emergency contact numbers.
19. 19Do not bypass safety devices or interlocks.
20. 20Stop work and consult your supervisor when in doubt.
21. 21Respect colleagues regardless of nationality or trade.
22. 22Comply with the QHSE management system and ISO 45001 / 14001.
23. 23Site access can be revoked for any breach of these rules.
